• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us through the "Contact" link above within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will either replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days from the date of purchase.

• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking info when your order ships.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers.

3. Donations

Donations made through the website go directly toward the creator's cancer treatment and care costs.
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
